First Conversation

30 - 45 Minutes

A direct conversation with a senior MintSkill practitioner about the work, your background, and whether there is a genuine fit. We ask specific questions. We welcome specific questions in return.

Work Sample

2 - 3 Hours, Your Time

A short, role-relevant task that reflects the actual work: a compliance issue to analyse, a policy section to draft, a research question to answer. We evaluate quality of thinking and clarity of writing.

Final Conversation & Offer

Decision Within 2 Weeks

A deeper conversation with one or two senior practitioners covering the work sample, the role in detail, and the terms of the offer if the fit is mutual.

We respond to every application within two working days and communicate decisions within two weeks of any conversation.
