At Mintskill, we follow a fair and practical approach towards cancellations and refunds, considering the nature of service-based engagements.
1. Cancellation Requests
Clients may request cancellation of services by writing to us via email. Cancellation requests are evaluated based on:
- Stage of the project
- Work completed
- Resources allocated
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may apply in situations such as:
- Services not initiated after payment
- Project discontinued mutually at an early stage
3. Partial Refunds
In most cases, refunds (if applicable) will be partial, considering:
- Work already completed
- Time spent (including hourly efforts)
- Resources deployed
4. Non-Refundable Components
The following may not be refundable:
- Out-of-pocket expenses
- Third-party costs
- Completed milestones or delivered work
5. Adjustment Option
Instead of refunds, advance payments may be adjusted against future services, where mutually agreed.
6. Discretion
All refund decisions are made reasonably and at the discretion of Mintskill, based on the specific engagement.
7. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original mode of payment or mutually agreed method.
Shipping Policy
Mintskill HR Solutions LLP is a service-based organization and does not sell physical products as part of its standard offerings. All services are delivered digitally through:
- Online meetings
- Remote implementation and configuration
- Email and communication platforms
If any physical deliverables are required, the terms, timelines, and applicable costs will be communicated and agreed separately.
No standard shipping or delivery charges apply to our services.
Return Policy
As a service-based company, Mintskill does not offer returns in the traditional sense. However, if there are concerns regarding service delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to address them through:
- Revisions (where applicable)
- Scope adjustments
- Resolution discussions
Any financial adjustments will be handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
